Picochlorum sp. BPE23 genome assembly

This is the genome assembly of the wildtype Picochlorum sp. BPE23 that was isolated at Bonaire. For this microalga, optimal and maximum growth temperature, growth rate and yield on light were characterised. Also, this strain was used for an adaptive laboratory experiment in which the microalga was grown under supra-optimal conditions.
