Title Fate specific mRNA storage in seeds

Summary We analyzed the monsome and polysome associated transcripts of seeds and seedlings and identify transcripts specifically associated with monosome and polysome in both tissues
The aim was to generate a global view about the state of mRNA storage in the seeds and the their fate during seed germination.
 
Overall design Transcript level on both total mRNA and polysomal RNA of seeds and seedlings of Col-0 were evaluated. For each RNA fraction, three replicates were used.
